The same programme can go very differently. What decides it is who teaches you: how they explain, how they review mistakes, how they act in a stressful moment on the road.
How the money works in training
Theory is often offered cheaply or as a hook, while the real revenue comes from practice. The longer a student takes to pass and the more lessons they buy, the more profitable it is. Reasons vary — this is not about everyone doing it. Just choose the instructor, not only the school.

It depends on your starting level. CSDD requires a minimum of 20 driving lessons for category B, but I set the exact plan after the first lesson.
